For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any beauty products.

 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

How to Request an Exchange

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description

 

 

Non-Eligible Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address entered
  • Normal wear or use

 

Processing Time for Exchanges

Once approved, exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days.
